Cancellation/Rescheduling and No-show policy.

Accepted Answer

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Out of courtesy to other patients and our providers, we ask that you please notify the office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations and requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a $50 late-cancellation fee for non- emergent cancellations.

Yuvance Clinic  partners with preferred FDA-regulated pharmacies to ensure you receive high-quality, patient-specific compounded therapies at pre-negotiated rates with excellent customer service. Due to the personalized nature of these therapies, prescriptions must be filled through our pharmacy network and cannot be transferred to another pharmacy.
