You May Be Noticing Changes in Your Body
Perhaps your energy isn’t what it used to be.
Your sleep feels disrupted. Your weight has changed despite your efforts. You feel more tired, more inflamed, or simply not like yourself.
You may have tried adjusting your diet, exercising more, or searching for answers, yet the underlying cause of these symptoms remains unclear
.
Many women reach this point feeling frustrated, confused, and unsure where to turn next.
At Yuvance Clinic, we believe these changes deserve careful attention and a deeper level of understanding.
Your body is not working against you.
It may simply be signaling that something beneath the surface needs to be explored.
A Different Approach to Understanding Your Health
The Yuvance Signature Health Assessment™ is designed to take a comprehensive look at the factors that may be influencing your health, including metabolism, hormones, inflammation, lifestyle patterns, and overall wellbeing.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work to identify the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to how you feel.
With the right insight and personalized strategy, many patients begin to regain clarity, energy, and confidence in their health.

What to Expect During the Yuvance Signature Health Assessment™

Your assessment is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your health.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, we take time to explore the different factors that may be influencing how you feel.
During your visit, we carefully review your health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle patterns to identify potential contributors to fatigue, metabolic changes, hormonal imbalance, and other concerns.
This allows us to develop a clearer picture of your health and determine the most appropriate next steps.
Your Assessment Includes
✔️ A Comprehensive Health Consultation : We begin with an in-depth questionnaire and 30-minutes conversation about your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. This discussion helps us understand the full picture of your health.
✔️ Evaluation of Metabolic and Hormonal Health : Comprehensive lab testing that goes beyond the basics to uncover patterns affecting hormones, metabolism, thyroid, and stress. We explore factors that may influence energy, weight regulation, sleep, and mood, including metabolism, hormonal balance, and stress response.
✔️ Lifestyle and Wellness Review : Follow-up 45-minute telehealth visit after labs are back so we have ample time to review your results, patterns, and priorities. Nutrition, movement, sleep patterns, and daily habits can significantly influence overall health. These areas are reviewed as part of your personalized evaluation.
✔️ Personalized Recommendations : Downloadable Yuvance Health Report summarizing key findings so you can reference anytime and Professional-grade supplement recommendations to jumpstart your healing journey.
✔️ Guidance on Advanced Testing (If needed) : Depending on your symptoms, additional laboratory testing may be recommended to further evaluate underlying imbalances.

Comprehensive Functional Labs Evaluation

Hormones & Endocrine Function
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) To diagnose or detect general thyroid dysfunction.
Free Triiodothyronine (Free T3) Measures the active thyroid hormone responsible for metabolism, energy, mood, and temperature regulation.
Free Thyroxine (Free T4) Measures the unbound, active form of T4 available for conversion to T3.
Reverse T3 (rT3), Serum Assesses metabolic stress and thyroid hormone conversion efficiency. Elevated levels may indicate inflammation, stress, or nutrient deficiencies impairing thyroid function.
Estradiol (E2) Assesses estrogen balance, vital for menstrual cycles, bone health, cardiovascular protection, mood, and menopause management.
Progesterone Evaluates ovulation status, menstrual cycle health, sleep quality, mood balance, and hormone rhythm in women.
Testosterone, Total (and/or Free when applicable) Evaluates androgen levels related to energy, libido, muscle mass, mood, and metabolic health in both men and women.
(DHEA-S) A key adrenal hormone that supports energy, resilience to stress, immune function, and hormone balance.
(SHBG) Measures the protein that binds sex hormones like testosterone and estrogen, affecting how much hormone is biologically active.
Thyroid Antibodies Panel Detects autoimmune thyroid conditions such as Hashimoto’s or Graves’ disease by measuring thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and thyroglobulin antibodies.
Luteinizing Hormone (LH) Works with FSH to regulate ovulation, testosterone production, and reproductive signaling.
Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) Assesses ovarian or testicular signaling and is useful in evaluating menopause, fertility, and pituitary function.
Prolactin Evaluates pituitary function. Elevated levels may affect libido, fertility, menstrual regularity, and mood.

Metabolic Health & Blood Sugar regulation
Fasting Insulin Measures baseline insulin levels to assess insulin resistance and early metabolic dysfunction—even before glucose becomes abnormal.
Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) Reflects average blood sugar levels over the past 2–3 months and helps identify prediabetes or diabetes.
Fasting Glucose Measures blood sugar levels after at least 8 hours of fasting to assess metabolic health, primarily screening for prediabetes and diabetes.
Lipid Panel with Cholesterol/HDL Ratio Assesses total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides to evaluate cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, and lipid metabolism. Provides additional insight into heart disease risk and metabolic efficiency by comparing total cholesterol to protective HDL cholesterol.
ApoB (Apolipoprotein B) Measures the number of particles that transport bad cholesterol (LDL, VLDL) throughout the bloodstream, serving as a more accurate predictor of heart disease risk than traditional LDL cholesterol tests.
Lipoprotein (a) Measures the level of a specific, genetically determined, sticky, fat-protein particle in the blood that, when high, significantly increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and aortic valve disease

Micronutrients & Foundational support
Vitamin B12 and Folate Panel Assesses key nutrients required for energy production, neurological function, red blood cell formation, and methylation pathways.
Iron and Total Iron-Binding Capacity (Iron + TIBC) Evaluates iron metabolism, iron transport, and absorption to provide a complete picture of iron status.
RBC Magnesium Measures the magnesium level inside red blood cells to assess long-term or tissue-level magnesium status.

Inflammation & Immune Function
Complete Blood Count (CBC) Measures red and white blood cells and platelets to assess anemia, immune status, inflammation, and overall blood health.
High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) A sensitive marker of systemic inflammation and cardiovascular risk, even when traditional markers appear normal.
Ferritin Measures stored iron and helps identify iron deficiency, chronic inflammation, or anemia-related fatigue
Homocysteine Measures the level of this amino acid to identify vitamin B6, B12, or folate deficiencies, assess cardiovascular disease risk, or diagnose rare metabolic conditions
Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy Assesses vitamin D stores essential for immune function, bone health, hormone balance, and inflammation control.

Liver Kidney & Organ Function
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) Evaluates liver function, kidney function, electrolytes, blood sugar, and overall metabolic health. Helps assess detox capacity, organ function, and systemic balance.
Omega-3 Index Measures EPA and DHA in red blood cell membranes to assess dietary intake and cardiovascular risk
